Freestanding Pergolas 2.0
With ever increasing permit requirements, budgets are being spent on the process and not the end product. Our Pergolas have been designed to allow for a simple permitting process (if required at all). Both the Malibu & the Saint Tropez are completely self supporting and do not require to be attached to a foundation, allowing it to be classified as a temporary structure. Furthermore all components are design for exceptionally quick assembly & disassembly, allowing for Deckbae Pergola Kits to be used not only for residential outdoor living, but also for commercial outdoor spaces, vendor stalls, trade show exhibit booths, pop up shops etc.
Our proprietary fastening systems are all industry firsts. This greatly reduces Deckbae Pergola installation times to hours from weeks which is typical of pergola construction processes.
Integrated LED lighting system
Available for both the European market (240V) and the North American market (120V). Deckbae LED systems are 100% complete with all required componets for a plug and play installation. Includes remote control, transformer (120V or 240V) and wall socket plug (U.S or EU).
Built-in Mist cooling system
For those extra hot summer days we offer an option mist cooling system. With a standard universal garden hose connection, all that is required is to turn on your garden hoses valve to make those summer days much more ccomfortable! Each pergola comes with 6 brass mist nozzles to cool the pergola from end to end.
EcoFen™ is manufactured using Scandinavian redwood. EcoFen™ uses a 2 step proprietary finishing process which impregnates and seals kiln dried boards resulting in a 10+ year decay guarantee. The all natural linseed oil based stain is 100% chemical free and will not leech harmful substances into your outdoor living space. Sustainably harvested and FSC certified, EcoFen™ is both environmentally and economically friendly!

Adjustable Bases
Uneven surface for your future outdoor space? Not to worry, both the Malibu and Saint-Tropez come with up 4” (10cm) of base level adjustment. The proprietary adjustment system incorporates Brazilian Walnut as the material choice for maximum decay resistance. This amount of adjustment is unheard of in the prefabricated outdoor structure industry. Most people are apprehensive of the pergola kits for this reason!
DIY Installation
Extensive engineering man hours were spent to streamline the installation process of Deckbae™ Pergola kits. Installation only requires a drill/driver and ladders and/or scaffolding! No cutting, drilling, sanding or finishing is required. Malibu single units install in 3-4hours for typical DIYers with the help of 1-2 people. Saint-Tropez Pergola kits require a minimum of 3 people to install because of its added height and weight. Typical DIY installation times are 4-5 hours.
